Draft — commercial terms pending review. This page describes the intended shape of the programme. The commercial terms below are not final and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by Dudoxx UG.
The Sub-Saharan Africa programme gives eligible healthcare providers access to the Dudoxx AI HMS platform. This page sets out who qualifies, what is included, and how eligibility is confirmed and reviewed.
Who is eligible
The programme is open to healthcare providers established and operating in an eligible Sub-Saharan African country. All of the following conditions must be met at the time of application and for as long as the programme is used.
Eligibility conditions
Eligibility rests on three conditions, each confirmed at sign-up:

- Eligibility is confirmed at sign-up and reviewed once a year.

What is included
Eligible providers receive access to the platform capabilities listed on the plan detail page, including clinical records, AI assistance, document generation and billing features. Capability coverage may change as the platform evolves.
What is not included
The programme covers platform access for individual providers and clinics. It does not cover national or ministry-level deployments, on-premises installation, custom integration work, or dedicated infrastructure. Those are addressed under separate agreements — contact Dudoxx UG to discuss them.
Confirmation and annual review
Eligibility is confirmed when an account is created and reviewed once a year. Dudoxx UG may request reasonable evidence that the conditions above are still met. If a provider ceases to meet them, Dudoxx UG will make contact before any change to the account.
Data protection
Patient data processed through the platform remains under the control of the provider. Processing is governed by the platform Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, together with any data-processing agreement in place between the provider and Dudoxx UG.
Changes to the programme
Dudoxx UG may amend or end the programme. Where a change affects existing participants, reasonable notice will be given so that continuity of care is not disrupted.
